Very poor hotel. Some rooms are renovated, but very simple. Even the fridge was removed. Breakfast is simple, bur served in a very dark and depressing place. The rest of the hotel looks a bit desperate and old fashioned. Car charging available at fixed price of 15€, but you only get 3 kW….

We had booked a business dinner as half of our party was staying at the hotel.. when we arrived the waiter was absolutely horrible, unattentive and became extremely rude when guests went to the buffet to ask for coffee... There wasn't enough food even though the hotel/resturant was advised the 98 guests were coming for dinner. 2/3 didn't get any food until an hour later when the 1/3 already had eaten. The food they served for the 2/3 was horrible, warmed up from a bag and absolutely NOT homemade but made for cafeterias and such... All in all a horrible dinner experience and those 4 stars they brag about is no where to be found.

Got told 4 times they did not have a reservation… despite me having a confirmation. I asked if they still had a room and after a lot of discussion they could give me a room and then when I repeated my name they found my reservation. Took 20 min to check in with a lot of puffing and swearing about their bad systems. Room was clean but totally old fashioned and not in a condition you would pay 180€ for…. Breakfast was very simple, not at all on a 4 star level. Lots of things missing and even for a knife and fork you had to ask… and then no clean tables… This hotel having 4 stars is a total joke.

The breakfast was good and the service was fine. But our room was kind of old and smelled like old cigaret smoke despite the fact that is was a non smoker room.
We were there in the summer and there was no air conditioning in the room so we had to sleep all night with the window wide open, and no refrigerator to keep our brought water cold. So we had a quite hot night.
But otherwise the room was clean and the bed linens and towels were freshly washed.
The room was fine for a one night stay after a long day on the autobahn but the room didn’t invite to a longer stay.
The overall hotel was quite worn down - but they were doing renovations when we were there in the summer of 2022 so hopefully the standard will rise soon after that.

Rezeption Dame beim Abend Checkin hat keine Ahnung der Software.
Zum Glück war das Fachpersonal am nächsten morgen wieder da.
Der TV auf dem Zimmer hatte keinen Empfang. es ging somit keine Sender. Am nächsten Tag an der Rezeption bescheid gegeben. Am Abend ging immer noch nix.
Leider auch null Feedback vom Hotel.
Das Zimmer wurde auch nicht gemacht. Hat der Zimmer Service wohl vergessen.

Es hieß die Businesszimmer seien frisch renoviert… Bad winzig, Türen der Dusche schließen nicht richtig. Positiv es gab ein Fliegengitter am Fenster, dies sollte man aber auch ab und zu säubern. Großer Fernseher war vorhanden, hatte aber keine Programme gespeichert. Hotel hinterlässt den Eindruck von bemüht aber nicht geschafft umzusetzen.
